Upon payment confirmation, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. All orders are manufactured and delivered within a few days of order confirmation inside the U.A.E. The manufacturing and production process of a custom-made product usually takes between 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on the availability of the materials and components and the customized model ordered. Ready-made furniture is generally delivered within the delivery time specified for each product after receipt of payment. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location. Some products may require additional time for assembly and installation. The customer is asked to sign the Delivery Order form upon completion of product Installation.
