Warranty
OVERVIEW OF WARRANTY POLICIES
ICONIC FURNITURE warrants that the Supplied Products are free of defects in materials and production. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper use or maintenance, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or other external causes. This warranty does not cover any products purchased from a third-party seller. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original end user. Original End User means the final purchaser acquiring a product from Iconic Furniture for their own use and not for resale, remarketing, or distribution. Any product, part, or component that fails under normal use will be repaired or replaced by Iconic Furniture at nominal transport, labor fee (to be consulted with support team) and free of charge for materials and components. Iconic Furniture will refund or credit the affected product if repair or replacement is not commercially feasible.
ICONIC Furniture warranties the original purchaser for a period of 1 year starting from the date of purchase.
CHAIRS
Main Steel Base, Frames (arm rest, stool foot ring), mechanism (as applicable), Seat cushion core, pneumatic cylinders/gas lifts, arm caps, casters and glides.
SOFAS
Frames, Seat and back cushions, Seat spring system (if applicable).
DESKS, WORKSTATIONS, AND STORAGE
Tabletops, Edge bands, Leg frames, drawers (body and fronts), handles.
Warranty Limitations & Exclusions
If your product is repaired or replaced, the limited warranty will not be renewed.
There is no warranty coverage against neglect of necessary care, improper assembly, handling or abnormal use of products, normal wear and tear, unexpected acts of nature.
The warranty is not applicable if Failure to apply, install, reconfigure, or maintain products according to published manufacturer instructions and guidelines.
This warranty specifically excludes coverage of damage related to climate conditions including heat, light and humidity levels, such as fading, color change, stretching, or shrinking. Also, Damage or marking of materials or scrape of fabric over time caused by sharp or foreign objects.
The warranty is not applicable for alteration or modification of the product.
3 Year Warranty
We also offer a 3 Year Warranty for Height adjustable mechanisms and electronics, tabletop and rail mounted that houses power and/or data, or USB, connectors, wire managers/cable trays.
DISCLAIMER!
Company expressly disclaims any liability to customers or end users of its products for special, incidental or consequential damages including damage to or loss of other property or equipment, personal injury, or cost of other damages arising out of or in any way connected with the sale or use of its products. The maximum liability, if any, of the company for any damages hereunder is limited to the purchase price of the defective or non-conforming products sold pursuant to this transaction. Any action arising hereunder must be brought within the warranty period from the date of sale.
